Burger Bach is a New Zealand inspired gastro pub providing ingredients flown in from Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand. They use pasture-raised, hormone free, grass-fed beef and lamb. It’s unusual for a pub to be committed to high quality, organic, and all natural ingredients and for that, we love Burger Bach! As far as burgers and sandwiches go, The Original burger is bomb and so is the Kiwi Chick with free-range chicken, chipotle BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, turkey bacon, organic New Zealand cheddar cheese, and roasted jalapeño remoulade. I also grabbed an order of fries just to try a few of their dipping sauces! They make 16 different sauces from scratch and I gotta say the manuka honey mustard, organic tomato ketchup, and blueberry chipotle BBQ sauce were my faves.
