Cava

Cava

Cuisine Type: Mediterranean

Good For: Dinner, Lunch

Available Food Options: Gluten-Free, Paleo-Friendly, Vegan, Vegetarian

What's to love?:

I’m all about places that let me customize my meal. Let’s face it, with dietary restrictions and different taste preferences, sometimes it’s easier to just create your own. I love the freedom and creativity it allows too! My go-to bowl at Cava is a greens + grains bowl with spicy lamb meatballs and chicken, crazy feta, harissa, tzatziki (yes they let you choose THREE dips and it’s the best thing ever), topped off with diced cucumber and crumbled feta. I don’t usually get dressings just because the dips are so flavorful, but the yogurt dill or lemon herb tahini are my favorites! And if I’m in the mood for something besides water, I opt for one of their fresh seasonal juices.

As if Cava couldn’t get any better, they team up with nonprofit organizations like garden clubs and healthy eating programs in the local community and also utilize local suppliers for their ingredients.
