Dick’s Kitchen is great for a lot of reasons, but most of all because they care a lot about the ingredients they use, the people they serve, and the planet we live on. They source humanely-raised and grass-fed beef and support local farmers in the community. Although the restaurant primarily caters to carnivores and the paleo crowd, there’s room at the table for everyone. They have several vegan items, like the bbq tempeh burger as well as salads and “not fries”.
I was a little underwhelmed by the food we got the day we visited and a little bummed I didn’t get to try their “not fries” (they didn’t have any that day), so if you get to try them I’d love to know! The main reason I like this place was because of the vast amount of options, catering to lifestyle and diet choices, and food sourcing.
A restaurant offering gluten-free or other dietary options does not does mean ‘allergy-free’ facility as their kitchens are not guaranteed to be 100% allergy-free and cross contamination may occur.
