Honeymee ice cream is made with organic Californian milk and raw honey from a local family-owned Kosher-certified dairy & honey Farm. The namesake, The Honeymee, is a creamy vanilla soft serve (similar to Bumsan’s Organic Milk Bar) swirled into a cup, then topped with honey and a thick chunk of sticky honeycomb. If the photo of the delicate soft serve hasn’t sold you yet, then perhaps this next part will. Because, not only do they have delicious soft serve with honey ribbons riding along each swirl, but there’s more exotic flavors like “Dear Chocolate” with chocolate sauce & sprinkles of sea salt from France; “Matcha Affogato” with honey and organic matcha poured over top the soft serve; and the “Sweetie Fruitie” with honey and freeze dried fruit topping.
