The pasta here is like no other and melts in your mouth! Although you may wanna skip the salad and go straight for the pasta, DON’T. The kale salad is stunning, tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. My husband, who swears he hates kale, ate every last bite before hitting the pasta. As for ingredients, Il Corvo uses high quality organic ingredients such as local, free-orange organic chicken eggs and 100% local and organic wheat flour to craft their pasta. They are only open for lunch M-F from 11-3, so if you find yourself floating around downtown Seattle or in Pike’s Place, make the walk over to the tiny black brick building by Pioneer Square for some handmade, small batch pasta. The menu changes daily, but if you get a chance to try the Pappardelle all Bolognese, take it!
A restaurant offering gluten-free or other dietary options does not does mean ‘allergy-free’ facility as their kitchens are not guaranteed to be 100% allergy-free and cross contamination may occur.
