What's to love?:

Loco Lizard is a colorful Mexican joint in Park City. They make their own chips, salsas, and tortillas fresh every single day. They aren’t entirely about #RealFood, but it does have options, making it a lot easier for those times we find ourselves in a bind. We stumbled upon Loco Lizard on July 4th, mainly because it was the only place opened within a 5 mile radius. When I saw they had wild-caught salmon and organic greens on the menu, we decided to give it a shot. The menu is mostly gluten-free with the exception of flour tortillas and the tortas. Whether or not the meat is sustainable or the corn they use is non-gmo, I have no idea. I chose the ensalada with organic spring mix topped with toasted pumpkin seeds, roasted corn relish, roma tomatoes, avocados, shredded carrots, black beans, and queso fresco. I left off the corn relish and asked for enchilada sauce and salsa vinaigrette on the side. The salsa vinaigrette is super sweet, so you don’t need a lot! Overall the food was okay, but I wish the salmon would have had more flavor. It was a good last minute option for us, but it’s not somewhere I’m dying to visit again.
