EVERYTHING. Oh man, everything is so good. They offer 14 flavors every single day…10 of the flavors are made year round and 4 are seasonal. The ice cream is made with wholesome local ingredients like: milk, wild golden honey, and organic fruit. They also source from Theo Chocolate and Stumptown Coffee to ensure that they buy organic, fair-trade for life ingredients. And don’t worry my dairy-free friends! They always have 2 non-dairy flavors: a sorbet and a coconut-milk based ice cream! The dream team for me would be the vanilla bean topped with vanilla bean caramel sauce. Super simple, but flavorful would be an understatement.
