Passion Flour Patisserie is a lovely little vegan bakery that has gluten-free and soy-free options. They carefully source all of their ingredients to ensure that 98% are organic & non-gmo. They do an amazing job for a French bakery that is totally vegan with yummy menu items like gluten-free porridge served with organic berries & nuts and crêpes served with house jam, then filled with either cocowhip & berries or chocolate sauce & banana. The menu is also full of savory options. Think organic avocado tartine, an open-faced sandwich on oat walnut bread topped with maple-glazed pumpkin seeds, olive oil, white pepper, & black lava salt paired with a side salad. Passion Flour Patisserie doesn’t stop there! They have delicious cakes, sweet and savory breakfast pastries, fruit tarts, gluten-free assorted French macarons, seasonal crème brûlée, locally sourced coffee, and assorted teas. Only downside is the latte drinks tend to be on the watery side if they’re made using the housemade almond milk.
