Publik Kitchen started as a coffee shop downtown, and now has several locations in Salt Lake, this one being a quaint breakfast restaurant located in the trendy 9th and 9th district. Just like their other coffee shops, you can’t go wrong with a thick slice of locally made toast and a latte. But if you’re wanting to switch things up, try a chicken salad melt on top of organic peasant bread or an old-fashioned American breakfast of bacon, eggs, and toast. They also have menu items like housemade granola and the most popular item, a BLT sandwich made with heirloom tomato jam (protip: add avocado). Many items are served with a fresh, simple salad. Love this hip, trendy, and delicious breakfast spot!
