They partner with local supplies to serve local, sustainable, and mostly organic dishes and create everything in house using hormone and antibiotic free meat and dairy.

For the Southerner at heart, try the amaranth lemon-fennel grits with kale, sharp white cheddar, & sweetgrass chili oil. You can even order a sweet version of it!
