Sweet Green is completely transforming the fast food scene with farm-to-counter fast casual restaurants that make it easy to eat healthy on the go. You can order off the menu or customize your own. Whatever you do, you must add the parmesan crisps! They are a total game changer! For dressing, they give you an option of light, medium, or heavy. I would definitely go with the light, because it’s still quite a lot. The spicy cashew and caesar dressings are so creamy and full of flavor without making you feel heavy afterwards. Oddly enough, every time I eat at Sweet Green, I don’t even feel like I’m eating a salad.
